I am an Instructional Technology Facilitator with Franklin County Schools. Before serving in that role, I have been a classroom teacher, instructional coach, STEM Specialist, and Digital Literacy Coach. At the heart of everything I teach is a link to instill the love of reading to all students. I won the Media Specialist Scholarship in 2018 at NCTIES, and graduated with a Master of Library Science in December from Appalachian State University. Being the life-long learner that I am, I am a Google Certified Trainer, certified reading, Special Education, and AIG Specialist, Flipgrid Ambassador, and NCDLCN Mentor. I have also served as a Digital Learning Competency and Digital Content Digital Ambassador through NCDPI.
