An award-winning educator and children’s book author shares lesson ideas for how to engage students at all grade-levels around writing, research, and reading. Participants will receive handouts about media center-oriented activities to foster creativity and curiosity that are drawn from Bemis’s writing process, as well as tried-and-true lessons he’s taught.
